FAQ
- What happens to my categories and kept videos if I downgrade?
- They stay. While you are over the limit you just can't add more. For YouTube stats tracking, tracking turns off for the most recently STANned videos until you are within the limit.
- Is there a limit on 7-day STANs?
- No. The limit only applies to Keep STANs, which have no time limit.
- What is YouTube stats tracking?
- It records the views, likes and comment counts of your STANned videos from YouTube at set times. Each plan can track a different number of videos at once.
- When do my auto-sort and channel refresh counts reset?
- They reset on the same day each month as your subscription date. Refresh channels and Reset channels work the same way. The subscription sync and auto-sort on your first sign-in are not counted. After that, get newly subscribed channels with Refresh channels.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. After you cancel, you can keep using the plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
